FiveToClose ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Domain Warming service ("Service") at dw.fivetoclose.cloud. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the Service, including the dashboard, domain verification tools, warming features, and related functionality.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Google Account Information (OAuth Login). When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, Google profile photo (if available), and unique Google account identifier. We use this to create and authenticate your account. We do not receive or store your Google password.
Payment and Subscription Information. All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment details on our servers. Stripe provides us with limited information such as subscription status, plan type, billing email, and last four digits of the card (for display only) to manage your Service access.
Domain and Ownership Data. When you add domains to the Service, we collect the domain name, verification method chosen (DNS TXT record, meta tag, pixel image, or CNAME), verification status and timestamps, and any DNS records or configuration details you provide or we help set (e.g., SPF, DKIM, DMARC guidance). We may temporarily store proof artifacts (such as the value of a TXT record or a meta tag) solely to perform ownership verification. We do not store the actual email content you send from your domains.
Usage and Warming Data. We collect information about your use of the Service, including domains under management, warming schedule selections and progress, daily volume targets, engagement signal metrics, dashboard views, pause/resume actions, and performance estimates. This data is used to deliver the warming service and display reports to you.
Technical and Analytics Data. We automatically collect standard web server logs and analytics data such as IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring URLs, pages visited, and approximate geographic location (derived from IP). We may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, session management, and basic analytics.

We retain your account information and associated domain/warming data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Warming metrics and domain records are deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. After Google login we guide you through enabling 2FA (TOTP). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You may access, update, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (such as access, rectification, erasure, or portability). To exercise these rights, email support@fivetoclose.cloud with the subject "Privacy Request" and sufficient information for us to verify your identity.
The Service is intended for adults and business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
